The service attitude was good, not overly enthusiastic.

The staff is very patient and there is 24-hour service with prompt responses.

The only problem was getting from airport to rental place. No bus service but rental is refunding me the Uber ride there

I waited a really long time to get my car. They need an actual document showing your insurance. Visa and MasterCard are not enough. This really needs to change as it bogs down the whole exchange. Most of their customers are Chinese tourists who are accustomed to providing that but the company hasn’t yet understood how things are done in America.
