2-week Car Rental @ IAD (USA)

Issues with payment system. Our credit card could not go thru. Spend 2 hrs before car was release. No contract was given, car not clean and scratches. Car was broken into, glass broken and stuff stolen. Return car on 8 Dec instead of 11 Dec, family was traumatised, no word and assistance or compensation from hertz..not sure what QEEQ can do..very bad experience

The car was an absolute dream to drive during our hire period. Initially thinking I needed an suv, but as it turned out the Chevy was an excellent drive. Good on fuel and with enough toys it was an all round solid drive.

Never used Easyrental before and was impressed with its overall service and realistic offers.

I booked for wolkswagen jetta, but they gave me nissan altima without any prior information/ update about change of the car. The hood of the car was shaking while driving which was scary for me, if it's gonna blow up & hit the front glass while driving.

We had an initial problem in convincing them that we should be reimbursed for having to buy a new tire when we had a flat the first day, but they came through in the end and reimbursed us a month later.

Easy rental experience. Really liked being able to book car insurances in advance when renting.
