The process was convenient, the car was in great condition! The service was excellent, no pressure to buy insurance. The staff were very friendly. Returning the car was especially convenient, Hertz's management was very efficient, they inspected the car on the spot, printed the receipt, and the deposit was refunded instantly.

Hertz is truly a big company; the entire process was very organized and user-friendly. The vehicle provided was in excellent condition. When we picked up the car, we noticed some scratches on the wheel. After showing photos to the service desk, they said it was fine. Upon returning the car, they simply checked the odometer and fuel level and completed the inspection. They had held a $200 deposit when we picked up the car, which was promptly refunded to our card after the inspection. It was really fast.

Usual attempt by man on counter when collected car to make us purchase even more insurance and he got stroppy when we refused it as we understood that we were already fully covered.

Price was high but hoping it will be a better price next time we book.
