Very satisfied, no sales promotions at all. They just asked if I needed an EZ Pass, unlike other car rental companies that aggressively promote insurance.

The front desk staff patiently helped us resolve the issue.

The rental agent tried to sell additional insurance at pick-up, but the airport staff were all very friendly and had great service attitudes.

When we arrived there were no other customers and one desk staff. I approached the staff member and was told very abruptly that they were with someone else who was out looking at vehicles. It was a long wait for the other customer to finish and a long line developed and even though other Hertz staff were present they didn't start helping, even though three of them were involved Ina discussion about a birthday. It took about 50 minutes to get the car.

The pick up was a total disaster. The only company with a line. Not that long, maybe eight people in front of me, and it took an hour. Horrible experience
