La plataforma MEX RENT A CAR no aceptó mi reservacion por medio de la plataforma debido a que no cumplias con sus "politicas" y segun su criterio la aplicacion QEEQ no les habia pagado a pesar de que el numero de reservacion que me habia dado la plataforma si les aparecia a ellos viendome obligado a pagar una nueva reserva en el momento la cual me salio excesivamente cara

The first car provided had issues; the brake pads were completely worn out, even leaving marks on the brake discs. We later negotiated to drive a Dodge first and then switch cars. The service was okay, but it wasted a lot of time.

The service attitude was good, but the process took around 20 minutes, and the wait for the car was longer. According to the QEEQ contract, the car should have had a full tank of gas, but it was empty, and the fuel light was on.
