El personal fue amable. El auto era exactamente lo que rentamos y aparentemente en buen estado. Solo la carrocería tenía varios detalles (los cuales quedaron estipulados perfectamente en el contrato)

Me gusto que no me exigieran los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito como en otras compañías. Todo tal cual se reservó! Sin sorpresas

It was very unclear what was required to waive their expensive insurance. I had a letter from my bank, but apparently it needed to list an insurer that was on a specific list with Europcar. That list isn't clear on their website and we were forced to pay more than twice what we signed up for in order to rent the vehicle.

El precio me parece elevado para un auto como el que solicite y el tramite del seguro , no me agrado en lo absoluto, no me siento confiado en manejar seguros separados, costos separados, cobertura dispersa

Europcar was very misleading about needing to have insurance after my booking online indicated that I just needed to show proof of insurance. I will not book again through either of these companies.
