The car pickup process has been improved to specify the exact parking spot, which is better than before. The vehicle is relatively new, with only 10,000 km mileage. It now comes equipped with a backup camera and radar alert, making it safer. The navigation system can be directly connected to the phone, eliminating the need for a phone holder.

The vehicle had half-tank gas but was registered as full-tank, and I was charged for it despite topping up 1/4 more - I have contacted Dollar, but they have yet to respond. The staff made snide remarks when I chose not to take up their insurance, even when I had personal liability covered as part of my personal insurance. The service was excellent. During pickup, they recommended insurance and an EZPASS, and I only added a small amount of insurance. We rented a Dodge minivan, and there were several parked for us to choose from. The car was in great condition. Overall, very satisfied.

The staff had a good attitude, but at the pick-up counter, they quickly pushed additional unnecessary items into the bill for you to sign. I only noticed at the pick-up spot that they had added nearly $200 worth of things like Roadside Assistance. I went back to cancel everything, and the woman at the counter was rather unhelpful, saying things like 'If something happens, you'll be personally responsible' to try and dissuade me.
