Very satisfied, the process was straightforward.

The Car condition was good. But there was no one to personally hand over the car. They just give you the parking number where the car is parked and you have to do all the inspection and check the car yourself. it will be good if a person comes along with you to the car and hands over. The thing I did not like is, though I had done all the Insurance, the guy at the counter over sells with unnecessary things by telling that it is better to take additional safty by paying 45USD to protect against tire punctures and other small mishaps by inducing fear into you. He also tried to sell another scheme where the petrol need not be full when you return the car. Adding all this your hire charges goes up significantly.

I purchased QEEQ's super comprehensive insurance, yet when picking up the car, Dollar defaulted to adding a $79 roadside assistance fee. This is hidden consumption. This has never happened with other companies before.

Encountered issues during payment; reserved the car for 10:00 AM pickup but ended up getting it at 1:40 PM. Got stuck in heavy rain and traffic on the way, but thankfully didn’t miss the flight. Although the bank indicated the UnionPay credit card pre-authorization was successful, the counter staff insisted it wasn't and repeated attempts couldn’t complete the process. Later, another staff member who seemed more professional managed to resolve it with a paper contract, and we finally got the car.

The overall process was smooth. During the off-season, there were fewer people, which meant shorter waiting times for pickup. Communication went well, and the car was in good condition.
