This is a new car rental company with only one staff member. There was a slight delay during pick-up and drop-off due to some minor issues, but the service was still very good. There were few formalities for picking up the car and almost nothing to fill out, so I got the car quickly. The car's condition was good with just over 40,000 kilometers on it, and it was fuel-efficient, consuming slightly over 4 liters per 100 kilometers.

The staff is very accommodating, the car is excellent.

Smooth process and car was in good condition. Enjoyed our ride throughout our whole journey on North Island.
