HERTZ is fantastic! The process was simple and quick, with no upselling. During pickup, the staff even wiped down the car, though it was already quite clean. When returning the car, the staff checked the dashboard to ensure the fuel tank was full, inspected the spare tire under the trunk, and checked the car's exterior. That was it, very smooth.

The car rental location at Dubai Airport is easy to find, the staff has a good attitude, and the car is in good condition.

OK. Except no facility to manage booking for amendment/extension. Had to do this analog style, by phoning Hertz. And this took 3 calls to affect.

The rental process is quite convenient. The store will ask if you want to buy insurance; you can tell them you already purchased it during booking, so there won't be any additional sales pitches.
