QEEQ deleted my booking without notice despite taking my money. This was discovered at Hertz counter. Hours later QEEQ rectified by booking through a different company, miles away, that ended up charging me an extra 200 dollars.

The car was in good condition, and there were minimal insurance sales pitches. The rental fee was slightly high. I wanted to rent an MPV, but the staff informed me that the car wasn't ready yet and offered me a Nissan SUV (7-seater) instead. However, when I went to pick up the car, I found it was a Hyundai compact car. I had to go back to verify and adjust, which eventually got resolved but wasted half an hour (angry).

I wanted compact but none available after my reservation confirmed compact. I had to pay higher fuel cost for a mini-van which was awful to drive in unknown city traffic.
