QEEQ deleted my booking without notice despite taking my money. This was discovered at Hertz counter. Hours later QEEQ rectified by booking through a different company, miles away, that ended up charging me an extra 200 dollars.

I don't understand why they charged so much! They added a significant amount of insurance without any explanation. There were too many miscellaneous and unexplained charges.

Wide selection of new cars. However, both times they insisted on recommending I purchase a full tank of gas and roadside assistance. It's fine if it’s suitable, but even after I said no a couple of times, they still suggested it. Haha, not sure if it's really necessary.
