QEEQ deleted my booking without notice despite taking my money. This was discovered at Hertz counter. Hours later QEEQ rectified by booking through a different company, miles away, that ended up charging me an extra 200 dollars.

It took me a while to find it, but it was actually right at the hotel front desk. I rented a Chrysler 200 but was given a Kia KX5 instead. Since it was an SUV, I accepted it. I bought extra third-party liability coverage on QEEQ, but the rental staff insisted there was no such coverage. I ended up paying an extra $20, only to find out later that the coverage was for interior passengers and property damage. I don't think it was a language issue.
