Disappointed

I had 2 people with limited mobility travelling with me. The car was supposed to be ready from 3pm, and it was 4.50pm when it was ready. 10 minutes for it to be ready became 1 hour. Car was waiting to be cleaned, while other cars that were not waiting for rental were being cleaned. Staff had no interest in expediting the cleaning of the car until I eventually lost my patience. A very bad customer service experience.

Waited over 4 hours beyond pickup time- Easirent extended lease for previous driver- this seems to be perfectly acceptable practice to them. Phoned for pickup- told there was none- despite rental being off site. Had to phone and complain to customer service to get them to come in the holiday inn shuttle( they said no shuttle bus for 1 1/2 years- but their website not updated!!) will NOT use again

Good to get online booking for insurance to reduce excess to zero This brief survey of Easirent does not accurately reflect the poor service I feel we received from them- in no way would I award them 7.3!!! Need better assessment questions

The staff on counter and the driver of the shuttle bus were friendly on pick up but taciturn to the point of rudeness on the return.

The staff I found we’re very unhelpful the impression they gave me was to get as much money as possible out of you Maybe you need to employ more English people and not eastern Europeans as I felt I wasn’t in England they seem to have no personality Plus the car they gave me had been in a previous accident
