There was one man working, a line of people out the door, and unhappy customers everywhere. The first car they put me in was completely unclean and stank terribly of cigarette smoke. I had to ask for a different car, as I am a singer. They said they only thing left was this crappy Kia that had not been cleaned and had no gas. Because I was in a hurry after waiting an hour, I had to take it. What a mess.....

The service was excellent, and returning the car was very convenient. However, the wait time for processing the paperwork was a bit long. Upon arriving at the store, I spent $30 to upgrade to a Jeep SUV. Initially, they asked for $50, but seeing our hesitation, they immediately reduced it by $20.

The car was ridiculously expensive (>$100/night) & it was the only one they had. That was frustrating (!!) but I think that was on me for making a same-day reservation while there was a convention in town...
