The staff were quite friendly and helpful. They patiently and professionally explained issues such as refueling, toll roads, and roadside assistance. However, their store phone is never answered.

I booked a Corolla but was given a Civic. They asked if I wanted to upgrade without being pushy. Knowing I was driving the Great Ocean Road, they even provided me with a map and pointed out several famous spots. They also reminded me to set Google Maps to avoid toll roads since I didn't rent a toll pass. I bought fuel, and returning the car without a full tank was slightly more expensive but acceptable.

Returning the car was easier than expected, no strict inspection, just handed over the car and left

Picked up the car in Melbourne city, not too many people. Service was pretty standard. No extra insurance was required. Car wasn't upgraded.

There were many people picking up cars that day. I had to wait in line for an hour before and after the pickup process, which was quite frustrating.
