Overall very satisfied, brand new car with 300 miles, smooth pick-up and drop-off process, no upselling. Hertz is indeed trustworthy.

They try to upsell insurance, there are lots of people, and the car pick-up is somewhat slow.

We had to wait over an hour for our car which meant we missed out on some of the activities we had planned for the day. The gentleman behind the counter was very rude and claimed we needed to sign in using an iPad outside. The iPad (and the instructions to sign in) were all in Japanese. Whilst we were waiting (for over an hour) approximately 7 other customers came into the hertz store, missing the iPad and hadn’t signed in. The signage should be in all languages and not just in Japanese. When we eventually got to the front of the queue, the customer service agent who dealt with us was very apologetic, however we’d already waited so long that we’d missed the opportunity to conduct some of the activities we had planned to do.

Brilliant as usual.

It was relatively smooth process picking up the car however no one went over the condition of the car on collection. The alloys were particularly scrapped which made us slightly concerned that we would have been blamed for it therefore we took photos of it. However this was not the case.

We should have been given the option to clean the car ourselves rather than automatically being charged for it. However we were overall very satisfied with your service.

Online I rented a Dodge Challenger. At pickup, I was told there are no Challengers in the fleet. What a let down. If Hertz and EasyRentCars can't accurately describe to the customer what EXACTLY is available, something needs to be changed.
