I booked a convertible, but they wanted to give me an SUV, which was not what I had in mind. I disagreed, and after negotiating through the rental car platform, they downgraded the vehicle and offered compensation. However, when I returned, I found that the average daily compensation, which should have been 400, was only 80. I just want to ask if this will be brushed off if other friends encounter the same issue? Rental car platform, do you only care about taking the money and not about after-sales service and accountability?
