The pickup was relatively quick, but the staff's attitude was mediocre. We had to queue up to explain scratches and other concerns, which wasted a lot of time.

The car is a bit old with some scratches and maintenance is average.

I arrived quite late, but there was a free shuttle from the airport to the rental office. The queue was reasonably fast, and the staff was quite friendly. They tried to sell me an upgrade and extra insurance, but I declined. There were two staff members at the car lot who let me choose my vehicle. By the time I got there, only a Sonata and a Charger were left. I quickly chose the Charger (the new model Charger is really cool!). I'm glad I didn't go for the convertible, as it rained nearly every day after I arrived.

The process was quite fast, as I could select my car outside, but there were usually not many colors to choose from.
