It was a great experience. We originally booked a compact SUV, but the trunk was too small for our luggage. The staff at the store suggested we switch to a sedan, and we only needed to pay the price difference. They were very helpful.

They gave me a note saying to refuel with gasoline, but the car was actually a diesel. Luckily, the gas station attendant didn't let me make the mistake. The system crashed when picking up the car, so I waited 2 hours to get the car. When returning it, no staff could be found and I waited almost an hour before someone showed up. Additionally, I was over 4 hours late and they charged me for an entire extra day.

When picking up the car, I asked if I had purchased full insurance. The rental company didn't inform me that the insurance contract was not with them. After returning the car, they directly deducted 380 lira. When I inquired, Grenta rental company told me the insurance was with Zuzuche and not with them, hence the direct deduction.

As a local car rental company, their attitude is great. Picking up and returning the car at the airport was very convenient. During the vehicle inspection, they proactively pointed out any scratches and suggested taking photos.

It's okay, just the rented car was different from what was booked, but still acceptable
