You need to take a shuttle bus from the airport, and there are no clear signs at the airport stop, making it easy to miss. They pushed full insurance at an extra $15 per day. There are many car models to choose from. There were a lot of people picking up cars, so you have to queue. Overall, it was pretty good as I've used Alamo before and am familiar with their process. Overall satisfied with ALAMO's service, but the vehicle selection is limited.

対人対物の保険加入を勧められ加入したが、AXAの保険には対人対物が入っているかわからない。

万全プランで契約したが、対人対物の保証が判らなかったのでAlamoで加入させれた、AXAの保険で対人対物も対象なら余計な保険に加入させられたのでは？ 対人対物の保証があるのか分かりずらいので困る。

車は洗車されていたが、とても汚く、車内外とも最悪だった。
