We arrived at the store at the scheduled time, but there were no cars available. There was a lot of arguing, and eventually, a car was returned outside, and everyone scrambled for it. I've rented cars abroad many times, but this is the worst company I've encountered.

Had to take a shuttle from the airport which took 20 minutes to arrive. After picking up the car, it took half an hour to navigate out of the lot, but they did top off half a tank of fuel for me.

Service moyennement bon avec un temps d'attente très long pour la récupération et pas d'assistance pertinente facilitant la remise du véhicule.

The car was provided with a slightly deflated tire on the front right which the gentleman at the service helped us fix , a bit, by inflating it.. but the car was showing us the warning message for low tyre pressure.We were told that since the tyres were changed , it was natural . I understand that it might be the case, however noticing such a message in the middle of your trip can be scary.

Like: The value for the car was great - saved close to $90 from what the competitors offered!
Dislike: I rented a car in the middle of winter in Canada, and I was given a Dodge Challenger muscle car. I actually asked for a Toyota Yaris or similar. Look --great car, but it had summer slicks on, not even all-weather tires. Further, I was told by the agent when I got back that the treads were getting pretty low. Sure enough, I was caught in a snow storm, and I got stuck and I had to be towed out. So, poor choice of car. Even poorer choice that the car did not have winter tires.
