The staff was friendly, but there were significant hidden charges that exceeded the total cost of rental and full insurance. There was no paper contract and no Chinese contract (despite the platform clearly indicating that Chinese contracts were available). Requests for the paper and Chinese contracts were denied.

The car was quite small, and in France, they gave us a car with Dutch license plates. Luckily, there were no driving restrictions in France.

I was half an hour late, and they said the price would be different. I originally booked it for 230 euros for three days, but because of the delay, they wanted 980 euros. Are you out of your mind? So I booked Europcar at Charles de Gaulle Airport through Zuzuche and took a taxi there. The taxi fare from Orly Airport to Charles de Gaulle Airport is 70 euros. Oh well, after picking up the car, including full insurance and an additional driver, it came to 460 euros. Still reasonable.

The car was given without inspection. When complained, I was told to take picture such as no full tank or broken parts. The safety yellow jacket required by EU law was missing and I had to take a movie to show it wasn't there. At drop-off they tried to charge for missing fuel and I had to show the picture I took. Avoid Avis if possible.
