The car return day coincided with the Paris Marathon, leading to traffic restrictions in the city center. I was unable to contact the rental store, and even after reaching out to the rental company’s customer service, they couldn’t connect me to the store. They advised me to use the self-return service and said the issue would be addressed later. Ultimately, the car return was delayed by over three hours. When explaining the situation to the staff handling returns, he assured me that there would be no late fees due to the road closures. However, additional charges for one extra day were still applied in the end. This is dishonest!

Car met expectations, counter staff were very patient as I had a problem with my credit card on pick up , drop off was easy staff very informative.

The service is convenient with no unnecessary hassle. The vehicle inspection was casual. The car was very dirty, not in good condition, with insufficient power. It often had issues shifting gears and needs maintenance.

The overall service was good, very professional and convenient. Everything was great except the contract not being available in English and the rather high risk-driving fee.

The vehicle had some minor damage, so it's important to take careful photos as evidence. Although during the return they only took a quick look. The rental agency does not provide winter tires, so if you're heading to snowy areas like the Alps, you’ll need to purchase snow socks or chains separately. Snow socks cost 80 euros and are not very durable.

The car wasn't cleaned, both the interior and exterior were quite dirty, and the gear lever felt worn out.

Took a long time and they were purposefully not providing winter tyres and then upselling snow chains/socks at ridiculous rates.

We were sold snow chains at the counter which we were told were required by law. If this is the case they should be included in the rental? Were also quite pricey at 100 euros extra

They assigned a Fiat, which is quite spacious and decent overall. The rental process was straightforward; I thought it would be complicated, but it turned out to be simple—just go, complete a quick procedure, pay, and pick up the car. During pickup, they gave a brief explanation of the car's condition, which was fine, but as a first-time renter, a more detailed introduction would have been helpful. However, I figured things out on my own later.
