The window had a chip in the middle. The windscreen wipers were dry and didn’t work well. It was very hard to drive in the rain which was pouring for 5 days! There was no windscreen wipers nozzle at all. The battery of the car for electric drive was empty

Waited three hours to get the car

I landed at 8 AM and booked the car online, but when I reached the rental point, they said I had to wait 3 hours for the car because it was a last-minute booking. However, the online system confirmed immediate pickup. This caused me to cancel, and I had to deal with a series of issues regarding the prepaid amount online.

The car was in good condition, the pick-up and drop-off procedures were straightforward, and there was no aggressive upselling of insurance.

Nous avons eu 3min de retard pour le retour du véhicule, il n y avait aucun service client joignable en ligne rapidement et surtout l agence n a pas cherche a nous contacter pour nous demander ou on en était...que ca allait fermer! Nous sommes arrives... a l agence a 18h03...fermee! On ne nous avait pas informes de la procédure a suivre en cas de retard... donc grosse perte de temps au retour!!!
