The service was fine, but the insurance quote at the store didn't include tax, so an additional 20% tax needs to be added.

This location is hard to find. Late pick-up incurs very high fees. Hidden charges apply.

The gentleman who assisted us spoke very good English. He verified some basic information and asked about insurance. We mentioned we already had full coverage, and he didn't try to upsell us. A €300 pre-authorization was made on our card, which he said was a deposit and would be refunded later.

Helpful staff and provided a cheap upgrade for a more suitable car.
