Friendly and efficient, done in 10 minutes

The service attitude was quite good. I realized a few hours after driving away that I might have left my passport and driver's license at the rental company's counter. When I went back, the staff had kept them safe for me, for which I was very grateful. The queue time for picking up the car was a bit long, around twenty minutes. At pickup, the staff found a small paint chip on the car's front. I didn't recall any scrapes, but I hadn't noticed it during pickup. Fortunately, I had full insurance. After internal coordination, they didn't charge me anything, which seemed a bit inexplicable.

The initial car was small, but they immediately gave us a bigger one when we expressed dissatisfaction.

The car pickup was quite convenient, located in a shop on a certain street, and the navigation was very accurate. However, the car return process was extremely frustrating. The navigation led to a place miles away from the actual location. It took several hours and asking countless people to finally find the parking lot! At a highway gas station, I accidentally filled the tank with gasoline instead of diesel. After calling for roadside assistance, they delivered the same model car within three hours and did not charge extra. A very reliable car rental company. However, QEEQ customer service was of no help at all in such situations, which was very disappointing. Improvements are needed!
