The staff assisting us was very kind and patient. In the end, we purchased insurance and received half a tank of fuel as a bonus.

The actual vehicle provided was different from the one reserved, and an additional fee was required to get the available model on-site.

The reservation was made with Alamo, but they are actually partnered with Europcar. I've booked cars through them several times, and their service is very professional. Although we booked a category of vehicle like a Renault Scénic, I was worried that it might be a bit tight for five people plus luggage. However, seeing that we had a larger group and more luggage, the staff provided us with a much larger car than the one we booked. Many thanks to the kind employee!

Very satisfied. After I got the car, there was a constant warning about the key's low battery. I drove for a few days but couldn't find a place selling button batteries, so I let it go. Of course, the remote functions of the key worked perfectly during the rental period.

Overall, the car rental experience was good. Unlike in Italy, they didn’t nitpick excessively. However, the back seat of the car was a bit loose, which affected the riding experience.
