Simply Excellent experience and service end-to-end by both Europe Car and Easyrentcars !!

The wait time was incredibly long. They didn't send an electronic contract. The windshield was broken, and they still haven't contacted me about the insurance.

The Europcar staff did not accompany us for the car inspection during pick-up. Overall, the car we rented was satisfactory.

Rented a car from this company and there were small scratches on the door. Since we had full insurance with no deductible, there should have been no charges. However, this company unauthorizedly charged my card. When we returned the car, no one inspected it. After we got back to China, they claimed there were some scratches and asked me to pay for it, even though we had full insurance. ZUZUCAR said they would negotiate with EUROPCAR, and there should be no additional fees. But on October 31, EUROPCAR charged 550.00 AUD to my credit card without my card or my permission! Such a garbage company.

The car performance is great. Clean. Was expecting to have Android Auto which is basic in many cars.

While booking would prefer to have an option to choose the zero excess from the provider (Europcar).

Staff was professional and car pickup process was quick and easy. Car condition was excellent.
