Very good and convenient.

Only our group was on-site, so it was extremely convenient.

The Hobart Airport location falsely advertised having Prados when they did not. After my complaint, they removed all Prados from their listings. The star is for the service staff, who were extremely helpful.

The Europcar staff did not accompany us for the car inspection during pick-up. Overall, the car we rented was satisfactory.

Superb! We rented a Volkswagen Golf, and they upgraded us to a Passat TSI for free! Very satisfied! We bought the super insurance on QEEQ, so we didn't need to purchase additional insurance when picking up the car, and the staff didn't pressure us. We provided a translated driver's license from an online shop, and it worked perfectly. This is the second time within six months that we've rented from Europcar, and it has been great.
