Simply Excellent experience and service end-to-end by both Europe Car and Easyrentcars !!

The vehicle was very new with just over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer. It was fuel-efficient, and the CarPlay connection made navigation very convenient. Additionally, the lane-keeping assist feature was excellent. If you're used to driving left-hand drive cars, switching to right-hand drive might feel a bit off, but the system immediately alerts you if the vehicle veers out of the lane, which is particularly helpful.

Car had been driven on a dirt road previously and inside of every door was filthy, complained and was told they would see what they could do......nothing. Car was overpriced for what it was, expensive. ☹️

No queue at counter to pick up, so process was smooth. They gave me a free upgrade to a small SUV. Staff in car park so drop off very easy

It was much cheaper than booking direct. All went smoothly, didn’t even need to show e voucher at pick up

They upgraded the car to Mitusbishi SUV, which is so spacious and easier to drive. I am sorry that the staff at the pick-up counter didn't tell where to return the car at Launceston Airport.

I didn't know what to do when Europcar told us to bring a proof of the company as the rate was a special one for dedicated companies. The staff of Easyrentcars helped me to solve the problem. Their reply was always prompt!
