Horrible. I would never rent a car from here again.

They forced me to buy extra insurance b/c I had less then 300,000 insurance coverage and nowhere in the contract it said that. For the price i paid i could have used Enterprise which does not have that ridiculous policy. I could not find the place, there was no parking for my brother who accompanied me to park his car while he was waiting for me. There is no signage, it is so hard to find. The staff was nice but there was nothing they could do.

The customer service suck, they changed for everything. I didn’t get my vehicle from them and just left. Will never go with them again.

Car was not clean, was loud as if a muffler or tire issue. Address on confirmation email was not exact and office was difficult to find.

Price was good.

The windshield was very dirty inside, I had to buy windex to clean it up to avoid reflection issue at night.

You need to ask someone to call the rent a car for them to pick you up. They tell you to use the courtesy phone; but the phone doesn't work.
