Smooth and easy pickup and return process. Although the car model was changed, the vehicle was relatively new, showing a mileage of over 10,000 kilometers.

Although my English is not very good, using translation software was no problem. The staff were very patient and explained all the fees clearly. I chose the full-to-empty fuel policy. Especially during the return process, I accidentally drove into the departure parking area instead of the arrival parking lot where I was supposed to return the car. The parking area was too large, and I couldn't find my way to the correct spot. Fortunately, a staff member kindly assisted me in driving the car to the return location. Very nice! Returning the car was very convenient—just handed it over to the staff. The deposit was released quickly, much faster than the one-month wait they mentioned earlier. The car was in great condition, and I recommend bringing an iPhone to use CarPlay navigation and a phone holder. Overall, it was a great experience.

There was no line when picking up the car, it was very quick. The staff member was a friendly Black man. There was no hard-sell during the process, just pick up your car with your card. The person handing over the car was a very nice White girl who upgraded the car for free, and she was very patient with the three car changes. Overall, I have a good impression of the ALAMO branch in Toronto.

Car was great, pick up location very easy. Very quick process. The only negative comment is about the staff at the counter during pick up. Not professional and not helpful.
