We believe we were DOWN graded as we ordered Peugeot 2008 and got Seat Arena. Really disappointing car. Also the seat belt buckle was not working properly. We thought of changing the route to replace the car but we found a work around solution. Also the car made some strange noises. Also the waiting time in at the pick-up was very long.

In Nice, France, we went to the Hertz office a day before to confirm our car rental for the next day. After checking our order, they said the automatic car was broken and they only had manual cars available. We emphasized that we couldn't drive a manual car, and they said there was nothing they could do. The issue was not resolved satisfactorily.
