Disappointing experience. The Hertz representative turned up 25 minutes late, additional charge made

I didn't realize that Thrifty is a budget rental brand under Hertz. The Marseille train station rental area had signs for many rental companies, but none for Thrifty. After searching for a while, I found it under the Hertz name. The staff in charge of the rentals provided excellent service and gave us an amazing car—a 5-seater with a sunroof, GPS navigation, and a very spacious trunk. I seriously wondered if they gave us the wrong car.

Convenient pick-up, free self-service child seats.

The store was good. Initially, I was told that my reservation was canceled. I immediately contacted QEEQ, and after QEEQ staff communicated directly with the local clerk over the phone, I was able to rent the car smoothly.

Wasn’t sure if I’d get the car I’d been promised at such a low price, only downside was how long i had to que at the counter

Excellent service from start to finish, very easy to use

The car listing showed Standard Crossover, Peugeot 3008 or similar. But the actual car was a Toyota CHR which is much smaller both in terms of seating capacity and luggage. And the navigation system was faulty.
