Hertz is not fair. I wanted to extend by one day, but the cost of the extension was much higher than renting a single day separately. In the end, I rented for one more day separately, returned the car in the morning, and rented it again, it was the same car.

At Union Station, an Indian staff member was rude, leaving me aside while constantly being attentive to other customers, showing clear signs of discrimination. After waiting patiently for over an hour and loudly asking 'why?' did he finally give me the keys. The car was not the one I reserved, and the seats were a bit dirty. It was a bad experience!

Awful customer service we got to the counter and they simply told us we didn’t have any cars they didn’t help us find another car they didn’t offer us a replacement we were left in an unknown city on our own
