Except their pre-fill fuel policy, where I end up keeping about $50 fuel while returning, experience with Hertz was good.

Dirtiest car ever rented in my entire life. There was a big sign on the hertz counter stating that the cars are all sanitized. However my car was filled with dust and crumbs and sticky i dont know what. Worst...
