The cars are located in a nearby parking lot, and you can choose your vehicle within the same category, based on the available options. At the parking lot exit, staff will do a final check and you can be on your way. Overall, the process is very quick. We returned the car at LAX, which took quite a while to find the return location. If you're not returning the car at the same place you picked it up, allow extra time to find the return spot. Returning the car is simple: staff will check the car's condition and fuel gauge, and may ask for the last refueling receipt. Once confirmed, they'll print you a receipt and you're done.

I would not reccomend dollar. They didn't not have the car I booked for and despite me calling them the day before failed to inform me that they didn't have the car size I had booked. The car I picked up was dirty. And now when I been try to reach their customer service there is no response. Stay away!
