I immediately showed them the pre-prepared photos of documents from Zuzuche with English communication notes specifically for staff, but the staff member didn't even glance at them and kept repeating, 'You don't have any insurance. You can't rent a car unless you sign.' Since I was in a hurry to finish the rental and get to a game, I confirmed with her that this was a refundable fee and proceeded with the rental. However, after I returned the car, I was charged $240 on my credit card without notice. Next time, I'll book directly on an official website—never again do I want to spend unnecessary money like this.
