I have booked a sedan car but got the hatchback only. The car was not cleaned and had half tank fuel

This company is a scam. When I returned the car, I refueled it to the same level as when I received it. However, after I returned the car, they unjustifiably charged my credit card over twenty Australian dollars. When I went back to their office to dispute it, they checked the car again and found out it was their mistake, but they didn't refund my money. The inspector, an unreasonable woman, falsely claimed she smelled smoke in the car and wanted to charge me over a hundred Australian dollars. They gave me two options: either pay the extra hundred and get the twenty dollar refund, or lose the twenty but not pay the hundred. It was clear they were trying to extort me. Why didn't they inspect the car carefully when I returned it? When I found out about the extra charge and went back to get my refund, they used this excuse to con me out of more money. Garbage company!

1. The car was not fueled when we picked it up. The gas station was somewhat far away, but we negotiated and got a different car. 2. We stayed near Southern Cross Station in Melbourne. Carrying luggage to the pickup point was quite challenging. It would be much more convenient if there was a pickup location inside the station.

No Chinese language service. Foreign workers are not efficient, but they have a good attitude.

受付が1人しかおらず、スムーズに受付をして頂くことができませんでした。 また、車種をルノーのコンパクトカーで予約したのですが、日産のセダンで運転しづらかったです。 それに加えて、車内・車外清掃が十分ではなく、良い気持ちでドライブを出来ませんでした。 海外なので、仕方がないかもしれませんが 次回予約する場合は、budget等大手のレンタカー会社を利用したいと思います。

予約しやすかったです。

Like: The car is easy to drive. The administration procedures are easy as well.
Dislike: The city outlet closes at 5pm, therefore I have to return the car at 430pm. It might get a little rush.
