Good service attitude, but there were some language barriers.

The pickup location is at the airport exit, which is very convenient. The process is simple, and the car is in good condition, having only driven about 40,000 kilometers. Returning the car is straightforward: just park it in the parking lot and hand the keys to the front desk. Providing customers with the roadside assistance number from the rental company would be even more convenient.

Service attitude was average, not enthusiastic enough!

Hertz's service attitude is great, and the process is very quick. You just need to return the keys when dropping off. Although the dashboard warning light came on while driving in Queenstown, Hertz staff replaced the car with a newer and better one immediately, which is commendable.

The store is right inside the airport, with a prominent Hertz sign, easy to spot at a glance. The service at the store is also quite good, procedures are simple, and they explain New Zealand's right-hand driving rules and other precautions.
