1. Delayed car pickup with a bad attitude. 2. Numerous after-sales issues after returning the car, especially when booking through a third-party platform. They shirk responsibility and make unfounded charges, repeatedly charging misconduct service fees without any proof. 3. Many hidden issues: firstly, due to the domestic rental platform acting as a middleman, and secondly, neither the rental platform nor Avis could provide sufficient evidence for the so-called violations and violation management fees. Users are inexplicably charged on their credit cards! There is no way to complain or appeal!

There were no obvious signs for the parking lot location, which was the only downside. The car's performance was good, and the service was also satisfactory.
