When we got off the plane, we couldn't find where to go to pick up the car. I finally called. I was told someone would be there in a few minutes. It was about 40 minutes later. Later at the pickup location, it seemed like everyone was disorganized. The woman behind the counter asked if we would take a large mini-van. We had ordered a small Toyota Corolla. We agreed, but would have much preferred a smaller car. The mini-van was so large it was hard to park, and worse on gas.

The boss is very kind and the car that he gave us was luxury and a really god car, I was loved driving it!!

The gentleman with the radio voice at the desk was amazing. When we got car it smelled like fish but they fixed up

It is only Routes company didnt accept Ontario G2 license，other companies do accept it. It is unconvenient for that.

3500 mileage allowance was stated on my booking but was told by routes staff there’s only 200km per day for B.C. residents, that’s bull shit! I will never rent cars from routes and will not refer any friends or family to rent cars from routes
