The service was alright, but it's a bit alarming when they say towing fees are not included while promoting insurance. After all, I've never needed towing before, and other companies and branches never brought it up.

The Hobart Airport location falsely advertised having Prados when they did not. After my complaint, they removed all Prados from their listings. The star is for the service staff, who were extremely helpful.
