The car model was upgraded for free, and it was a brand-new car with only 300km mileage in Lisbon. Major rental companies are located within the terminal, while local brands require a shuttle bus (operates every 20 minutes) to pick up the car outside the airport in a commercial area.

When picking up the car, I asked two people about two pieces of luggage. They said the car I booked was suitable for city driving, but if going to a farther city like Porto, it would be better to switch to a larger car, which would cost an additional 25 euros per day. Nevertheless, I chose to keep the original car. The car I received had 20806 kilometers on the odometer and was relatively new. Although it was a compact car, its height made the seating feel spacious, and after folding the rear seats, there was ample room for two pieces of luggage. The car handled very well, but the air conditioning was not very effective.

Although you gave me a similar vehicle, however, it's space is much smaller than the vehicle I booked. It makes us very inconvenient.

There was a line at pick up, it was well organized with the take-a-number system but still took about 30 minutes.

It was easy to book the rental and everything was ready when we arrived, very well done.
