The counter only checked the document issued by QEEQ, ignoring my notarized Hague Apostille. Europcar's system is mediocre; the address, phone number, and email all need to be handwritten. After explaining that I had purchased all the insurance before departure, the counter did not push additional insurance, which is a good practice among major car rental companies nowadays.

The staff at the store helped us complete the rental process enthusiastically, but unfortunately, there was no ID3 available.

The car is brand new. The service is good.

The car was in very good condition. The pick up process was smooth. I was welcomed by a very friendly employee. I was offered an upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler at a very good price, which I accepted. Overall I am very satisfied with the rental.
