Very nice. Although we didn’t get the exact model we booked and got a Ford Cross instead (we weren't sure about the specific model), the car was very new (almost brand new) with only a little over 3,000 kilometers on it. The vehicle was clean and had no odors. It came with a full tank of gas and a large screen supporting CarPlay (so we didn’t need the phone mount). It exceeded our expectations. Very satisfied with this car rental experience!

Everything else was fine, but the staff had a poor attitude.

The rental process was very smooth, and the car was in good condition, although the exterior was a bit dusty. The interior was quite clean. Returning the car at Queenstown Airport was easy; just hand the keys to the staff. The staff member who helped me was a middle-aged woman, and she was very nice.

At the Christchurch International Airport branch, even though I bought the super full insurance, they recommended a deposit-free direct compensation for up to 2500 NZD with a 300 NZD premium, which I didn't opt for. Also, I purchased the fuel-empty return option in Queenstown but felt it was overpriced; they charged 135 NZD while the fuel price was 1.98 NZD per liter.
