Rented at Bergen Airport and dropped off in the city. This was the first rental place that didn’t push any extra add‑ons at all. When we returned the car, we were almost going to miss our train, so I asked if they could possibly give us a ride to the station. They didn’t even hesitate and immediately drove us there, which is the only reason we made the train—absolute lifesavers. I tipped them to say thanks. The car itself was in excellent condition!

Car rental process is simple.

Extremely satisfied! Due to heavy snowfall, we couldn't pick up the car in the city center on time. The rental agency in the city center flexibly arranged for us to pick up the car at the airport. Although there was no car available at the airport, they still made an effort to find a solution for us.

Easy car pickup, multiple counters, and short queues.

The pick-up service was excellent. The rental company put the car key, documents, etc., in a bag in advance. You only need to sign some documents and swipe a pre-authorization; it’s very convenient and fast. However, the car was a bit hard to find – it was on the top floor of a parking building opposite the pick-up point. There were no signs in the elevator, making it somewhat difficult to locate. Also, for those who didn’t purchase full insurance, note that some scratches were not marked in the contract. It is recommended to thoroughly inspect the car and confirm with the staff.
