We didn't get the car because we only had an international driver's license without the original license. I've rented long term from Hertz's official website for the past four years with just an international driver's license for trips over four weeks each time. This year, renting through Zuzuche, the counter refused to give us the car and even denied a refund. Moving forward, we will blacklist both your company and Hertz.

I scheduled the pickup time for 8 AM. I arrived a bit early and had to wait for a while.
