The location was hard to find, and the service was average.

Budget are pretty good I buy insurance etc through QEEQ which is first class, be aware that budget like to upsell Also pay by plate for toll’s on the Illinois web site, it doesn’t always work and budget will take payment from your card but it’s not that expensive if they do Remember to take photographs of mileage and fuel level on collection and drop off !!

They said it was a free upgrade with no extra charges, but they debited over 1000 RMB from my credit card.

I was overcharged $35 for Non PKG Items. Very dissatisfied.

I had to wait a little longer because of high demand on the day of rental, but it was well worth it as I got a good car in a very good condition and was very well cleaned up, ready for my vacation road trip.

It was a good value for the money. You guys keep doing what you do and we will continue to use you happily.
