Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the car rental place very late. They arranged a car to pick us up. We got a diesel Holden, which was excellent.

I filled in the wrong return time when placing the order. After picking up the car, I realized the return time was set 3 hours earlier. I informed them about this but wasn't assured, so I reiterated the issue via WeChat. When returning the car, they charged me over 400 because I returned it 2 hours later according to the order time and penalized me with two days of rental fees. What a terrible experience.

A little bit of confusion on the pick up location (in part due to the strange airport pick-up kerb layout), other than that the whole process went smoothly. For anyone that speaks Chinese, they have staff whole speak Mandarin.

location a bit far from airport but provide pickup and drop off. stuff was helpful and friendly. when pick up car have a minor issue, on the spot solve it. good. overall good to excellence.

fully refund 24 hours before pick up time it's really good service for us. very flexible.
