The staff was 15 minutes late to pick us up, didn't apologize, and only half-lowered the window to talk. She seemed indifferent as if we owed her money. Communication through WeChat was also indifferent, but she was very proactive when it came to charging the card.

Accurate information, convenient pickup and return. Will use again next time.

Exterior of the car not in good condition. All scratches were noted but there was a lot of abuse to the vehicle despite being only 55k in the clock. I have extended the same car for another month directly for a slightly higher fee but with a 2nd driver included. EasyRentCars will be my go to choice from now on.

The car was quite old and made odd noises when braking. Terrible customer service. Tried calling three different numbers for Aucar for pickup from the airport for, which none were answered for 15min. Organised out of hours car drop off, but no one was waiting for us when we arrived.
