They promote toll services. Since it's my second time in Melbourne, I was able to plan my route to avoid toll roads, saving some money.

The app initially showed a rental price of 380 AUD, but when I got there, they asked for 480 AUD, and with insurance, the total was 700 AUD. It's ridiculous. The rental car had a trunk full of rotten tomatoes—I have no idea why. The pickup truck used for car washing wasn't cleaned properly either. Inside the car, there were cigarette ash and a strong smell of smoke. Terrible experience!

Very easy to find, the stores all have Hertz's yellow signs. The previous blue ones seem to be out of business.

Once you exit the terminal, follow the signs to find the store. There are many people, and you will need to wait in line. You should be able to communicate in English.

THe pick up time was 7am but others opened way earlier. They should consider at least 6am to suit the customer timing.
