The vehicle was very dirty inside with alot of external damage. Green motion accidently charged me for an additional day prior to the vehicle return (the return date on qeeq was correct on the signed vehicle contract). They promised to refund me and never did. The company seriously lacks an accident handling mechanism for international customers and is irresponsible! After an accident, they don't provide a replacement vehicle or a refund. I don't know what kind of unreasonable terms these are! Absolutely no sense of service.

We were charged an extra £200 for some rebooking fee because we arrived two hours late to pick up the car. Our friends, who were also two hours late but booked with a different company, didn't have to pay this fee. This rental company doesn't care about customers' interests, and their service is very average and impersonal. I've never encountered such problems renting cars in the USA and Spain. It's so unfair! What would have happened if we didn't pick up the car that day? This kind of unfair clause from the rental company is just uncomfortable and not good service. In the future, I'll book directly with the rental company instead!

Cars always exceed expectations, full option, clean great car, very long queue due to bank holiday which is understandable, people at the counter were friendly but of course they have to try to sell insurance, just make sure you know exactly what you want when you get there and you won't get more offers.

It took a long time to pickup the car at customer service. Main delay was due to my CDW status. I was informed that when I booked via Easyrentcars I had not sign any Collision Damage Waiver and was asked to pay for the additional insurance. This was a shock to me as my credit card (Visa) had always covered my CDW and I have never had any problems with booking cars before. Green Motion informed me that my booking via Easyrentcars required Collision Damage insurance as there was no WAIVER. I had to resolve this dispute with the manager who reluctantly provided me with a waiver form to fill out and I avoided the additional CD insurance costs. My suggestion would be for Easyrentcars to clarify the CDW status on the booking screen to avoid any confusion with the rental company even though the included basic insurance indicates Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Waiver and Third Party Liability protection.
