This rental was perfect, seriously have to give Alamo a shout-out. I originally booked an F-150, but they gave me a 2026 Silverado 1500 instead, and the best part was it was basically brand new – only 38 km on the clock, registered 2026-02-10, and I picked it up on the 14th. We happened to hit a big snowstorm in Ontario and I had a ton of luggage to haul, and the truck handled everything flawlessly. Great car, great rental company. Highly recommend – the Hyundai I rented from them last time was also a brand-new vehicle.

Aside from arriving late at night and waiting at the counter for the Indian staff member to appear, everything else was fine. The management is very good, and both pick-up and drop-off are efficient.

The staff had a somewhat indifferent attitude, but it wasn't necessarily bad—very much like a civil servant's demeanor. However, the staff handling the car pickup and return were very friendly and helpful.

The process was clear and standardized. I made an online reservation, and during pickup, they routinely asked a few questions like whether I needed extra insurance, how many pieces of luggage I had, whether I wanted to upgrade the car, and fuel return options. The process took about 20 minutes, and I drove the car away, very convenient.

No waiting time, enthusiastic and patient, quick and simple process. Excellent!
